Learning Groups
The National HIV PrEP Curriculum provides free, up-to-date information on how to assess, initiate, and monitor HIV PrEP. A wide range of health care professionals, trainees, and students access the site to improve and enhance their ability to provide medical care to people at risk for HIV. Entities such as healthcare organizations and educational programs create learning groups to better serve these populations.
Learning groups are formed to:
- Access no-cost, on-demand training
- Track progress on assigned content
- Monitor CE/Certificates of Completion attainment
- Onboard new staff or educate trainees and students
- Ensure group members are aware of existing and new clinical guidelines
- Assign content to implement a flipped classroom model
- Integrate interactive content into existing trainings
- Establish location-based training cohorts for organizations with multiple sites
